How do we use hair to analyze your diet?
 
Your hair absorbs chemicals from the medications you take, the foods you eat, and environmental toxins, and this information stays in the hair shaft for several months which is why a small sample near the root is needed for testing. Hair analysis can reveal digestive habits, genetic diseases, intolerances, heavy metal poisoning, and other conditions. We prefer this method as it's non-invasive and doesn't involve painful alternatives such as drawing blood or other.

After selecting your test you will receive a request form via email. You will need to print it out and complete that form before moving on to the next step. 
Next, we'll work with you on retrieving a small sample of your hair. This will entail cutting a small lock of hair (at least 10 hairs, longer than half an inch) as close to your scalp as possible.
Finally, we'll submit your sample to our lab and you can expect your results within 2-3 weeks!
